Every day, I take steps to care for my body and soul, starting with celery juice on an empty stomach to cleanse my liver. I follow that with a nourishing beetroot, carrot, and ginger juice for my eyes and blood health, alongside a smoothie filled with moringa leaves, spinach, ashwagandha, meca, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, and spices like cinnamon and clove. If it’s in season, I add sea moss made with nutmeg, cinnamon and bay leaf for an extra nutrient boost. This morning routine fuels me for the day ahead.

Movement and Grounding: Reconnecting to Nature

Every day, I commit to a full-body workout that includes shoulder exercises, abs crunches, pelvic raises, leg raises, push-ups, squats (three variations), and calf raises (three variations). I also enjoy a brisk 30-minute walk daily, followed by grounding myself barefoot on the grass for 30 minutes. There’s something deeply calming about this ritual, a reminder that true wellness involves not just the body, but also the mind and spirit.

The rest of my day is filled with balanced meals centered on fresh vegetables. Although eating healthy can be a challenge due to economic pressures, I do my best to nourish myself with wholesome foods.
